This special grappa composition is based on carefully selected, fresh marc from the Pinot, Prosecco and Malvasia grape varieties, which are distilled separately and then harmoniously combined. This is not a simple blend, but a finely tuned interplay of individual Monovitigno grappas that emphasises the characteristics of each grape variety.


The production process involves gentle vacuum fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by slow, artisanal distillation in discontinuous copper vapour stills. This process, which is based on the Nonino family's many years of experience, allows the fine flavours to be preserved. After distillation, Grappa Monovitigni rests for several months in stainless steel tanks, harmonising its structure. With an alcohol content of 40%, this Italian grappa is intense, elegant and balanced.
