The Nonino Grappa Monovitigni Single Grapes 40% Vol. 0.5 l + GB is an elegant grappa from Italy that impressively reflects the innovative strength of the renowned Distilleria Nonino. This special bottling combines carefully selected, fresh grape marc from the Pinot, Prosecco and Malvasia grape varieties, which are processed separately and then blended into a harmonious composition. This is not a classic blend, but a targeted combination of individual Monovitigno grappas, in which the typical characteristics of each grape variety are preserved and mutually emphasised.


Production takes place through controlled vacuum fermentation in stainless steel tanks, immediately followed by gentle discontinuous distillation in copper vapour stills with precise separation of pre- and post-distillation. This slow, artisanal process enables optimum extraction and preservation of the fine flavours. The Grappa Monovitigni then rests for 6 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks, rounding off and harmonising its structure. With an alcohol content of 40%, this Italian grappa is intense, elegant and balanced. It is supplied in a stylish gift box, which emphasises the high-quality character of this bottling.
