If you would like to return goods to us, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us in advance by email at support@delicando.com if you wish to return one or more items.

The goods must be unopened and in their original packaging.

The customer generally bears the cost of return shipping. Exceptions to this are the following cases:

• You have received an incorrect item
• The item is defective or incomplete
