In certain cases, due to legal or brand-specific requirements, it is not possible to deliver all products to every country. Our system checks your delivery address and automatically removes items from your shopping cart that cannot be shipped to your country.

Due to legal requirements, certain items cannot be shipped to all countries. Therefore, it may happen that after logging in – depending on your stored delivery address – individual products are no longer displayed.

There is no quantity limit for orders from Switzerland. The prices shown are in Swiss francs (CHF) and already include Swiss VAT and alcohol tax. Therefore, you will not incur any additional costs upon import. We handle the entire process for you, including customs clearance and delivery. Please note that our packages are shipped from Austria. Our customer service is unavailable and no shipments are made on Austrian public holidays.

Orders to Switzerland are exclusively shipped via DHL. Shipping is done in specially designed packaging to ensure safe transport.

Delivery time depends on product availability. As a rule, delivery time to Switzerland is 5 to 8 working days. Please note that orders paid in advance usually require an additional day for processing. Use the tracking system to view the current status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping costs to Switzerland are CHF 9.90 per order. For orders over CHF 250, shipping is free.

In case of a delivery delay, we recommend that you first use the tracking service. If there is no current movement visible there, please contact our customer service. We will check the status of your delivery and initiate an investigation with the shipping service provider if necessary.

If you have not yet received any tracking information or shipping details for your order, your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping service provider. Please check whether your payment has been successfully completed. Depending on the payment method, processing your order may take some time. Your order will only be processed after successful receipt of payment and then shipped as quickly as possible.
