For the first time in Glenmorangie's history, the rare Mizunara oak was used. This Japanese oak wood is known for its exceptional ability to develop complex and elegant flavours. The combination of whisky, some of which has matured in Mizunara casks, with distillates from sherry and bourbon casks results in a diverse symphony of flavours - rich, spicy, floral and with a hint of the exotic.
