Bacardi, founded in Santiago de Cuba in 1862, is one of the most renowned rum brands in the world. Don Facundo Bacardí Massó acquired the first BACARDÍ rum distillery in Calle El Matadero on 4 February 1862 and revolutionised rum production with innovative processes that are still used today. Using high-quality ingredients and a unique yeast strain known as "La Levadura BACARDÍ", he created an unmistakable flavour profile.

Bacardi Roner Carta Blanca Superior is the classic rum and has embodied the true Latin-Caribbean joie de vivre since 1862. An indispensable base for some of the world's most famous cocktails and long drinks, it is produced according to the original recipe of founder Don Facundo Bacardi.

In an elaborate production process, Bacardi Carta Blanca is distilled four times and filtered through charcoal five times to ensure an exceptionally pure and delicate flavour experience. It is then matured for at least one year in American white oak barrels.
