Hödl Hof's long-established distillery is located between orchards and vineyards.

The quality of the brandies is guaranteed by a 300-litre bootleg distillery and a 200-litre fine distillery made of pure copper.

The fruit from the orchards is transported by the shortest route to the fermentation cellars, where it is gently fermented at a controlled temperature. For generations, double distillation has been carried out according to old Styrian tradition.

Only the high-proof centrepiece is extracted and then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel.

Harvesting the apricots at Hödl Hof only begins when the fruit itself falls from the tree.

The rapid processing and gentle fermentation, as well as the old Styrian tradition of double distillation, result in this wonderful fruit flavour.

The apricots used come from Hödl Hof's own apricot orchard.
