Platte Valley Corn Whiskey is a classic American straight corn whiskey made from 100% corn mash. Produced by the traditional McCormick Distilling Company, one of the oldest distilleries in the USA, this whiskey stands for authentic craftsmanship and unadulterated flavour. Its production process follows old recipes that date back to the origins of American whiskey.

It is distilled in column stills, resulting in a particularly smooth and pure distillate. The whiskey is then matured for 36 months (3 years) in unused oak barrels, which give it soft vanilla and wood flavours while retaining the typical sweetish mash character. Platte Valley Corn Whiskey is bottled in a traditional clay jug, the design of which is reminiscent of the original whiskey bottles from over 100 years ago. This makes it a special collector's item, not only in terms of flavour but also visually.
