Casa Noble only uses hand-picked, slowly matured agaves for its tequila, which are roasted in stone ovens using traditional methods. Fermentation takes place naturally before the tequila is triple distilled to produce a particularly pure, smooth and intensely flavoured distillate. This elaborate production process ensures a fresh, balanced and complex blanco tequila, which is a delight both on its own and in cocktails.
