Grappa Julia Superiore with 38% vol. and a bottle size of 0.7 litres is a high-quality grappa that uses traditional distillation techniques and careful processing to create a balanced and harmonious drink. The Italian grapes used for Grappa di Julia are first freed from stems and stalks to ensure that no bitter substances affect the flavour. The grapes are then carefully pressed, producing must (grape juice) and marc (the skins of pressed grapes). The richly flavoured pomace forms the basis for the grappa and is further processed in the distillery after double distillation.

Grappa Julia Superiore is distilled twice in the traditional way, whereby the great experience in the art of distillation plays a decisive role. This method not only guarantees the purity and fineness of the distillate, but also ensures that the fine character of the grappa is clearly recognisable immediately after distillation.
