The Glenfiddich 16 Years Old Aston Martin Formula One Team Edition 2 is a 16-year-old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, created as a result of the partnership between Glenfiddich and the Aston Martin Formula One Team. At the heart of this edition lies the connection between two worlds in which precision, experience and forward-thinking play a crucial role. To create this blend, Glenfiddich has drawn on an exceptionally diverse selection of casks, including first-fill bourbon barrels, fino sherry butts, wine casks, port pipes and oloroso sherry casks. The interplay of these different cask types allows sweetness, structure and depth to be skilfully blended, whilst preserving the classic character of the Glenfiddich Single Malt.


Glenfiddich Malt Master Brian Kinsman is responsible for blending the whisky, and his sensory expertise plays a central role in the development of this bottling. The collaboration with Aston Martin Formula One highlights parallels between whisky production and motorsport: Decisions are made long before the final result is achieved and require precision, curiosity, experience and foresight. After 16 years of maturation, the Glenfiddich Aston Martin Formula One Team Edition 2 is presented at 43 per cent in a 0.7-litre bottle, complete with a gift box.
