This strictly limited edition matured exclusively in first fill and second fill Oloroso sherry butts from Andalusia and is considered one of the distillery's flagship sherry cask matured bottlings. Distilled in 2013 and bottled on 8 October 2025, this cask strength whisky combines ten selected casks (no. 160, 201, 294, 295, 299, 306, 318, 322, 323, 358). Bottled at a strong 59% vol., naturally non-chill-filtered and without colouring, the Edradour Oloroso Sherry Cask Batch #7 shows its natural colour and intense structure. With a limited edition of just 6,402 bottles, this bottling is aimed particularly at lovers of sherry-accentuated whiskies.
