The White Heather 15 Years Old Blended Scotch Whisky is a high-quality bottling that combines the traditional art of blending with modern cask philosophy. Carefully selected malt and grain whiskies from all over Scotland are combined for this blend, including matured portions from the GlenAllachie Distillery. Master blender Billy Walker, who is known for his precise style and uncompromising quality philosophy, is responsible for the composition. The aim of this bottling is to achieve a harmonious balance between depth, elegance and accessibility.


The White Heather 15 Years Old is matured using a complex dual maturation system in American and European oak. This combination provides structure, flavour and a balanced sweetness without masking the character of the individual whiskies. Throughout the maturation period, the development of the distillate is regularly monitored to ensure an optimal flavour profile. The whisky is bottled at 46% vol., non-chill-filtered and in a natural style, which gives it additional depth and texture. The result is a well-balanced blended Scotch whisky with fine complexity and a subtle smokiness.
