It is produced using the pot still and column still method, which gives the rum its balanced structure of aromatic intensity and smooth drinkability.


Its maturation begins with 3 years in former bourbon barrels in Barbados, where the rum develops its fruity, caramelised basic structure. This is followed by a 2-year finish in ex-Ferrand casks in France, which gives it additional complexity and subtle notes of wood and spices. This double maturation is characteristic of the brand's style and ensures a multi-layered, balanced spectrum of flavours. The rum is bottled with colouring and is 40% by volume, making it particularly accessible while still showing depth.
