Each bottling comes from a single barrel that has been selected for its exceptional flavour profile. As a result, each single barrel whiskey has an individual character that differs significantly from the harmonised style of the standard bottlings. Maturation takes place in heavily charred, new American white oak barrels, resulting in intense notes of wood, vanilla, caramel and subtle toasted nuances. Bottled at 47% vol., the whiskey offers more depth, structure and aromatic presence than the classic bottlings of the house. The addition of whisky stones makes this set particularly attractive - ideal for chilling the whiskey without diluting it with water.

The single barrel is matured on the top floor of the warehouses, where the temperature fluctuations are the greatest and the distillate interacts more intensively with the wood. These special conditions result in a whiskey that is powerful, flavoursome and harmonious at the same time. The combination of cask strength, the individual signature of each cask and the brand's typical production - including filtration through charcoal in accordance with the Lincoln County Process - makes this bottling an expressive representative of the Tennessee whiskey style.
