Clément Rhum Ambré is made from pure, freshly pressed sugar cane juice and matures for up to twelve months in oak barrels, giving it its characteristic amber colour and balanced aroma. In contrast to a Rhum Blanc, it is more complex and softer, but remains lively and fresh. In terms of flavour, this rum combines the natural sweetness of sugar cane with subtle woody and fruity nuances. Flavours of figs, vanilla, honey and floral notes give it an elegant balance between strength and delicacy.
