Brother's Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey Batch No. 0037 is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey full of character that reflects the close friendship and shared passion of its founders. Behind the brand are Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, who are best known to an international audience from the US series The Vampire Diaries. With this American Straight Bourbon, they combine craftsmanship, quality and a modern interpretation of classic bourbon tradition.


The mash bill of this Four Grain High-Rye Bourbon consists of 65% corn, 22% rye and 13% wheat and barley. Distillation takes place in a combination of copper column still and pot still, which increases the purity, depth and complexity of the distillate. The whiskey is then matured for at least four years in new American white oak barrels, which are finished with an intense Char #4 on the staves and Char #2 on the heads. This barrel treatment gives Brother's Bond Bourbon Batch 0037 a balance between sweetness, spice and woody notes. Bottled at 40 %, this straight bourbon 0.7 litre is round, velvety and yet expressive.
