The botanicals include juniper, coriander seeds, angelica root, Ingwerer, cinnamon, cardamom, citrus fruits, apple and the Clitoria ternatea flower, also known as the "blue pea flower". The latter gives the gin its characteristic, natural blue colour - a botanical highlight that changes colour in combination with tonic water or acidic ingredients (such as lime or lemon) and turns into a soft pink-violet.
