It is produced by Destilerías Sierra Unidas in the Mexican state of Jalisco, the cradle of real tequila. The Blanco is made exclusively from the juice of the blue Weber agave (Agave Tequilana Weber Azul), which grows at high altitudes in the highlands of Jalisco, where it develops its unmistakably fruity and spicy flavour.


After careful harvesting, the agave hearts are slowly cooked to develop their natural sweetness, then fermented and distilled twice. The result is a particularly clear, pure and fresh tequila that authentically reflects the essence of the agave. Sierra Tequila Blanco impresses with its lively flavour, the balance between citrus freshness, spicy peppery notes and gentle agave sweetness.
