This grappa is made from the pomace of various grape varieties from the region, which is carefully fermented and then distilled in traditional copper stills. This gentle process preserves the aromatic properties of the grapes particularly well. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, Bassano del Grappa Classica is powerful, aromatic and at the same time soft in character - a classic grappa, which carries the essence of the Italian art of distillation.
