It is the result of a unique collaboration between Euan Kennedy, The Macallan's head whisky maker, and brothers Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca, the creative minds behind the world-famous El Celler de Can Roca restaurant in Girona.

Together, they travelled to the vibrant metropolis of Hong Kong to capture its essence - a fascinating symbiosis of centuries-old traditions and modern dynamics. This intensive exploration of the city, which reinterprets the public space, resulted in a whisky that is far more than just a drink: it is the result of a cultural and culinary adventure. While Euan Kennedy transformed the impressions into a single malt, Joan Roca created a matching menu inspired by Hong Kong's cosmopolitan cuisine.
