This exclusive bottling is entitled Batch No. 001 (2025) and represents a new stage in the distillery's development. With a maturation period of six years and an alcohol content of 46% vol., bottled without chill-filtration and without colouring, this whisky embodies the quality promise of German craftsmanship in the world of single malts.

The Elsburn single malt whisky is produced in the small, family-run Hammerschmiede distillery in the Harz region of Lower Saxony, which has been known for years for handcrafted whiskies with high standards. "The Journey" symbolises the whisky's journey - from careful distillation to the selection of casks and the matured result in the bottle. A wide variety of flavoured casks were used for this edition, including sherry, port and Madeira casks, which give the whisky a special depth and complexity.
