This single-varietal rhum is produced by the long-established Habitation Clément, which has been one of the leading producers of rhum agricole in the Caribbean since 1887. Distillation takes place under strictly controlled conditions in accordance with the specifications of the protected designation of origin AOC Martinique, which stands for the highest quality and authenticity.

The Canne Bleue edition is particularly characterised by its aromatic depth and varietal expressiveness. The sugar cane used is processed within a few hours of harvesting in order to preserve the freshness and natural flavours as much as possible.
