The Isle of Raasay Distillery is the first legal distillery on the picturesque island of Raasay, which is known for its breathtaking scenery and rich history. The Rye Finish single malt whisky, a particular highlight of the distillery, is matured in carefully selected American ex-Rye whisky casks from the renowned Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky. This maturation in ex-Rye casks gives the whisky complex, spicy notes that set it apart from other Scotch whiskies.

In addition, the whisky is bottled in its most natural form, without the addition of colouring agents and without chill-filtration, which preserves its purity and quality. This gentle production process gives the whisky a deep, full-bodied flavour that brings out the influences of the casks and reflects the unique craftsmanship of the Isle of Raasay Distillery.
