Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona S.p.A. is located in the heart of Piedmont, in Piobesi d'Alba to be precise, in the centre of the region where some of the best Piedmontese wines originate. The Sibona Distillato di Birra 2.1 craft beer spirit is a high-quality spirit distilled from hand-brewed, unfiltered Italian double malt beer (doppio malto) in copper pot stills. It is then matured in stainless steel containers. The beer spirit is clearly characterised by the double malt beer that serves as the base product. The numbers 2.1 in the name stand for the double malt beer (2) and the licence number (1) of the Sibona distillery, which is known for traditional craftsmanship and the highest quality.
