Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona S.p.A. is located in the heart of Piedmont, in Piobesi d'Alba to be precise, in the centre of the region where some of the best Piedmontese wines originate. It is one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries in Piedmont, which gives it a special place in Italian distillery culture.

Due to this long tradition and its historical value, Sibona holds the prestigious "Licenza di Distillazione No. 1". This rare distillery licence is only awarded by the Italian tax office to distilleries that stand out for their exceptional history and consistent quality. Sibona Grappa di Barbaresco is a high-quality grappa made from the pure pomace of Barbaresco grapes. After careful distillation in traditional copper stills, this fine grappa is aged for a long period in stainless steel vats. This ageing gives it its wonderfully round and balanced character.

Its complex yet elegant flavour, which is the result of the masterful processing of the grapes and the Langs ageing process, is particularly noteworthy. The fascinating flavours of this grappa develop best at a serving temperature of between 9 and 12 °C, allowing its complex notes to be enjoyed to the full. Grappa di Barbaresco is an excellent example of the art of distilling and the careful selection of raw materials.
