The first bottlings from the Waterford Distillery in Ireland were completely sold out within a very short time. Building on this success, the distillery presents its single farm origin whiskies, which impress with their clear origin and transparency. The distillery was founded in 2014 by Mark Reynier, who focusses on the quality of the barley and close cooperation with regional farmers.

Waterford's Arcadian Series includes an exceptional selection of organic, biodynamic and traditional distillates. The Organic: GAIA 1.1 is the first Irish organic whisky to be certified by the Organic Trust and fulfils the strict requirements of organic production. Irish organic barley is grown for this whisky by six dedicated farmers. It is matured 42% in American first fill casks, 17% in virgin oak, 18% in vin doux naturel casks (for sweet fortified wines) and 23% in French oak. Bottled at 50% vol. with no colouring, chill filtration or additives, this whisky is limited to just 24,000 bottles worldwide.
