Cardenalito Rum is a blend of 5 to 6 year old distillates sourced from Panama and Venezuela and then matured in oak and cherry wood barrels in our warehouses in Italy. Thanks to the refining and ageing techniques, the special characteristics of our barrels and the unique microclimate of our region, it is possible to enhance the notes of sweet spices in this rum.

These special conditions contribute to the rum developing exceptional depth and complexity. The combination of distillates from different countries and careful ageing in Italy creates a harmonious and balanced end product that brings out the diversity and sophistication of the raw materials used.

The long maturation period in specially selected wooden barrels contributes significantly to the development of the intense flavours and soft texture that characterise Cardenalito rum.
