Ron 7 Siete Villas 1511 is made from carefully selected molasses, which is fermented using traditional methods and then distilled in column stills. The rum matures for several years in oak barrels, developing a balance of sweetness, flavour and woody notes. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, it is pleasantly smooth but at the same time aromatically complex, making it a delight both on its own and in cocktails.
