The Single Grain Cooper's Collection is the second release in a series of annual limited editions put together by Master Blender Michael Henry.

Produced from 100% malted barley, this whisky is first matured in American oak casks and then matured in Spanish oak casks to accentuate the natural flavours of the single grain. The result is a whisky with a fruity and floral character, complemented by the spicy clove notes and creamy vanilla of the Spanish oak casks.

Only 100% malted barley is used for the distillation of the Cooper's Collection Edition and in bespoke, all-copper continuous "Coffey" stills. Michael Henry has carefully selected older whiskies that have been matured in first fill American oak casks. Working with the team of Fassbinders, these whiskies were then finished in handmade Spanish oak casks to create a unique and complex whisky.
