Capricorn 26 dry gin is made from 26 carefully selected botanicals. Most of these ingredients are sourced from the Edy Ledig spice manufactory, which is located just 2 kilometres from the distillery. Edy Ledig, a former Michelin-starred chef, and Markus Wurth, the distiller of the gin, attach great importance to quality.

This is complemented by fresh organic herbs from the Demeter Bahr nursery, which is also located in the same town. This co-operation guarantees the freshness and quality of the herbs used.

In addition, organic kumquats are sourced directly from the market in Amsterdam and incorporated into the production process as soon as they are delivered. This practice ensures the freshness and intensity of the fruit flavours in the gin.

The strict selection of suppliers and the high standards of the botanicals are decisive for the outstanding quality and finesse of CAPRICORN 26. The special quality of this gin results from the combination of all the botanicals, which together create a unique and memorable flavour experience.
