In this process, the freshly distilled whiskey slowly passes through a three-metre-thick layer of charcoal made from sugar maple. Gentleman Jack is characterised by this special filtering and its unique maturation process in the barrel. We only use our own barrels made from high-quality American white oak, the insides of which are carefully "toasted" to caramelise the natural sugar in the wood. After barrel maturation, this Tennessee whiskey undergoes charcoal mellowing a second time.

This double charcoal mellowing not only gives Gentleman Jack its unmistakably smooth flavour, but above all makes it unique in the world.
