This particular vintage rum is a single blended rum, which means that it has been distilled in both pot stills and column stills to achieve a perfect balance of complexity and elegance.

Distillation took place in 2010, followed by 12 years of maturation in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. Thanks to the tropical climate on Barbados, the rum matures particularly intensively, giving it an exceptional depth and richness of flavour.

With an alcohol content of 60% by volume, this cask strength rum is bottled at natural cask strength - without additives, colouring or sugar. As a result, its character remains completely unadulterated and powerful.
