The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in the south-west of Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by the three visionary entrepreneurs Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. The distillery is one of the first independent distilleries to be established in Ireland for centuries and specialises in the production of handcrafted premium whiskeys.

Dingle LÁ 'LE BRÍDE Single Malt Irish Whiskey Triple Distilled is part of the "Wheel of the Year" series, which is dedicated to the eight traditional festivals of the Celtic year. The festival of Lá le Bríde marks the beginning of spring and symbolises the arrival of brighter, warmer days.

This Irish whiskey is produced in an elaborate, triple-distilled process under the direction of Master Distiller Graham Coull. The first maturation takes place in bourbon casks, followed by a finish in rye casks, which gives the whiskey its complex flavours and special depth. The bottling is neither coloured nor chill-filtered, allowing the whiskey to retain its natural purity and authenticity.
