The Douglas Laing Old Particular Glentauchers 15 Years Old Single Cask 2007 is an exclusive single cask bottling from the renowned Old Particular series, which stands for unadulterated, characterful single malts in their natural form. Each bottling in this series is bottled without chill-filtration and without colouring - as is this expressive Speyside whisky, which perfectly reflects the fine craftsmanship of the Glentauchers Distillery.

This single malt was distilled in December 2007 and bottled in February 2023 after maturing for 15 years in a refill sherry butt (DL17168). The long maturation in a former sherry cask gives the whisky a profound complexity with rich fruity notes, sweet character and gentle oak nuances - without masking the original distillate. With an alcohol content of 48.4% vol., it is powerful, aromatic and perfectly balanced.
