Don Ramón Mezcal is a handmade spirit and is made from 100% Salmiana agaves from Zacatecas, Mexico. The agaves used are aged for 8-10 years and embody a clear spirit with smoky flavours. For every Salmiana agave harvested, the Casa Don Ramón distillery plants two more of this type. The mezcal is distilled twice using the pot still method.
