Master Distiller Billy Walker spends a lot of time in the GlenAllachie distillery's warehouses - he inspects around 50,000 barrels. It's not a job for the faint-hearted, but it's time well spent, as his efforts are rewarded with outstanding results.

The GlenAllachie Distillery is resisting the era of mergers and consolidations and, as an independent Scottish company, continues to focus on the important things - creating outstanding whisky and enjoying life.

The GlenAllachie CUVÉE CASK FINISH is part of the GlenAllachie Wine Series. It first matures in bourbon barrels. For finishing, Billy Walker selects various European oak barrels, some from the famous Languedoc and Valpolicella regions, others from Premier Cru Classé châteaux in Bordeaux.
