It is made from 100% blue Weber agave, which grows in certified organic fields in the state of Jalisco. The agave plants are matured for up to ten years before being processed using traditional methods and then aged for at least 18 months in selected oak barrels. This extended maturation period gives the tequila its deep, complex character with balanced wood and vanilla flavours.
