Thanks to the long maturation period of 16 years, a complex interplay of flavours of ripe fruit, vanilla, honey, oak spice and subtle sherry sweetness unfolds. The ex-bourbon casks provide creamy notes of toffee and vanilla, while the sherry casks contribute the typical nuances of dried fruit, nuts and subtle spice.
