The Tomintoul distillery, located in the Scottish Highland Park in the Cairngorms National Park and named after the nearby village of Tomintoul, opened its doors in 1964 and is now owned by Angus Dundee Distillers.

At 370 metres above sea level, Tomintoul is the second highest distillery in Scotland, surpassed only by Braeval Distillery, which was founded in 1973. Although the majority of the 3.2 million litres of alcohol produced annually is exported to the United States for blends, Tomintoul continues to bring special single cask bottlings to the market.

The Tomintoul 14 Years Old White Port Casks Finish, which matures for 14 years in oak casks and then receives a finish in white port casks, is characterised by its exceptional maturity and finesse. This bottling, which is neither coloured nor chill-filtered, preserves the natural flavours and authentic texture of the whisky.

It is a limited edition with only 5,610 bottles, making it a coveted rarity for whisky lovers.
