This rum is a limited edition made from a blend of rums from Florida, Panama, Venezuela, Barbados and the Dominican Republic. Distillation takes place in both pot stills and column stills, which gives it a balanced structure and complexity. Maturation takes place in a combination of bourbon, port wine and Spanish sherry casks, which gives it a harmonious and multi-layered variety of flavours. But what makes this edition special is the finish in rye whiskey barrels, which takes the aromatic depth of this rum to a new level and gives it an interesting spicy dimension.
