Unlike many other white rums, it undergoes a long ageing process in oak barrels before its colour is removed through a special charcoal filtering process. This gives it a remarkable depth and complexity that is otherwise more familiar from dark rums.

This premium rum is made from high-quality sugar cane juice grown in the high altitudes of Guatemala. Due to the special high-altitude storage, the rum matures more slowly and can therefore develop finer flavours.
