Master Distiller Billy Walker spends a lot of time in the GlenAllachie distillery's warehouses - he inspects around 40,000 barrels.

Billy Walker's journey began in 1972 and this bottling celebrates half a century in the industry. GlenAllachie presents the 50th Anniversary Trilogy, which focuses on three areas: Sherry maturation, cask management and distillation.

The first anniversary edition is matured in sherry butts.
