A carefully selected blend of different coffee beans is used in its production. The beans are gently crushed rather than ground to best preserve their natural flavours. This is followed by a 15-day maceration in water and alcohol, with daily stirring, before the coffee essence is filtered and harmoniously blended with creamy milk and grappa.
