Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

A carefully selected blend of coffee beans is used to achieve the best possible bouquet and exceptional flavour by gently crushing the beans rather than grinding them to preserve their organoleptic properties. After soaking the beans in water and alcohol for 15 days, stirring them daily, they are carefully filtered and stabilised, resulting in a completely natural coffee tincture.

This tincture is then mixed with a sweet, velvety milk cream, giving the Bottega latte macchiato its characteristic texture. A final touch of grappa, which is added, gives it a special flavour that makes it unique and unmistakable.
