The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roer area in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometres from Alba.

The special thing about Grappa Sibona is that it has a special distilling licence, the No 1 of the UTF.

An extra old blend of pomace from the Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes, selected by Sibona during the harvest, is used.

Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper stills, while ageing takes place in stainless steel vats for Langs. A maturation of over 6 years in French oak tonneaux completes this grappa.
