Description
The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roer area in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometres from Alba.
The special thing about Grappa Sibona is that it has a special distilling licence, the No 1 of the UTF.
Grappa Piemontese di Nebbiolo is made from Nebbiolo pomace from Langhe and Roero, from freshly harvested grapes selected by Sibona during the harvest.
Distillation is carried out entirely in-house in copper stills and the wine is aged for a long period in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing in oak barrels.
