The story of Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum begins over 270 years ago in a unique, mystical place known as Nassau Valley. This place is characterised by a rare karstic landscape with cone-shaped limestone formations, caves and underground water springs. The unique terrain acts as a natural filter for the rain, producing crystal clear water and giving the sugar cane plants in this valley region a unique flavour profile.

Appleton Estate is deeply rooted in Jamaican tradition, with the special spirit of the people not only characterising the rum, but above all defining the company's identity. For this reason, the Appleton Estate company emblem consists of a combination of five iconic Jamaican symbols that tell a story of passion, dedication and joie de vivre.



Appleton Reserve Blend is distilled from molasses and matured for at least 8 years in selected oak barrels. The sugar cane used for the production is grown by the distillery itself.
