The Janneau brand was founded in 1851 by Louis-Napoléon Bonaparte, Pierre-Etienne Janneau and Joseph Dubourdieu and is now successfully managed by the fifth generation, which emphasises the deep commitment and dedication to Armagnac production.

This special Napoleon Grander Armagnac is a blend of the Baco and Ugni Blanc grape varieties from the renowned Bas Armagnac and Armagnac-Ténarèze growing regions. The carefully selected distillates of this Armagnac are matured in oak barrels for between 10 and 12 years before being bottled to perfection. This long ageing period promotes the development of the complex aromas and smooth texture that characterise this Armagnac.
