Ron Izalco takes you on a journey into the mystical volcanic landscape of Central America, also known as the "Lighthouse of the Pacific".

The eponymous volcano Izalco is 1,950 metres high and last erupted in 1966; due to its molten legacy and the tropical climate of Central America, there is now a mineral-rich black soil that produces lush sugar cane fields.

This perfect recipe from Mother Nature, combined with the blessing of the Mayan gods, forms the cornerstone of Ron Izalco production.

This blend matures for a decade in ex-bourbon barrels and is bottled at a balanced 43% vol.
